Goldman Sachs initiates coverage on Enersis (NYSE: ENI) with a Neutral. PT $25.00.

Goldman analyst, said, "We view Enersis’ (1) efficient operations and above-average corporate governance, (2) above Chilean average free cash flow yields and reasonable dividends, and (3) exposure to growth markets Brazil and Colombia, as relatively inexpensive vs. its Chilean utility peers. We believe Enersis has become a more attractive alternative (valuation wise) to invest in Endesa Chile’s generation case as we believe that concerns about tariff resets at its distribution subsidiaries Chilectra and Coelce are overstated at current levels."
