Kratos Defense (KTOS) Awarded $19 Million Contract From SPAWAR

Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc. (Nasdaq: KTOS) was awarded a prime contract to provide command, control, communications, computers, and intelligence (C4I) software engineering support to include engineering products related to C4I software applications and databases or database management systems for current and future C4I systems for the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Pacific (SPAWAR Systems Center Pacific). The multi-year, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ), multiple award contract (MAC) has a base period of three years valued at $19 million with a two-year option which, if exercised, would bring the potential value of the contract to $32 million.
