Jefferies Lowers Price Target on Harsco (HSC)

Jefferies analysts updated their price target on Harsco (NYSE: HSC), lowering it by $3 to $19 from $22, sighting disappointing guidance and a lack of EPS clarity from the interim CEO.

Harsco provides industrial services and engineered products. Their first quarter 2012 operating earnings decreased more than 50 percent but were slightly better than expectations.

Jefferies maintained their HOLD rating on the company and lowered EPS estimates by $0.16 to $0.34 for 2Q12, by $0.05 to $0.45 for 3Q12, and by $0.09 to $0.45 for 4Q12.
