Equifax, Inc. (NYSE: EFX) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.18 per share, or $0.72 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on June 15, 2012, to stockholders of record on May 25, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of May 23, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 1.6 percent.
