UBS maintains a 'Neutral' on American Eagle Outfitters (NYSE: AEO) price target raised from $17 to $21.

Analyst, Roxanne Meyer, said, "AEO preannounced strong Q1 sales and margins with comps incl DTC +17% (positive all months with March highest, Feb lowest)...FY12 guidance of $1.06-1.12 (vs Street’s $1.07) seems conservative, as it implies that Q2/Q3/Q4 estimates need to come down by $0.04-0.10. We see gross margins upside for these quarters as we currently are only crediting AEO for the reversal of sourcing cost hikes; add’l upside is likely if promos decline/inventory retreats...Raising our Q1 estimate to $0.20 from $0.11, FY12 to $1.16 from $1.04."
