Wedbush maintains a 'Neutral' on Weight Watchers (NYSE: WTW) price target cut from $82 to $68.

Analyst, Kurt Frederick, said, "Q1 results below expectations on declines in meeting fee revenues. Meeting revenues fall 7% in North America and 4% in International, due to the difficult comparison with the PointsPlus launch last year and operational miscues in the quarter related to delays in the company’s retail transformation initiative and the signing up of small accounts in the at-work business."

"We are lowering our 2012 estimates for revenue to $1.904 billion from $1.937 billion and for EPS to $4.68 from $5.00. We are also lowering our 2013 estimates, now calling for revenue of $2.014 billion from $2.063 billion and EPS of $5.50 from $5.90."
