American Tower Corp. (NYSE: AMT) reported Q1 EPS of $0.56, $0.16 better than the analyst estimate of $0.40. Revenue for the quarter came in at $696.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $672.25 million.

Sees FY2012 revenue of $2.745-$2.795 billion, versus the consensus of $2.79 billion.
