Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers, Inc. (NYSE: RBA) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.1125 per share, or $0.45 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on June 8, 2012, to stockholders of record on May 18, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of May 16, 2012.
