Michael Eisner is said to be seeking funds for a new production company, according to CNBC. The former Disney (NYSE: DIS) CEO is seeking up to $800 million and has tapped J.P. Morgan to assist in the process. J.P. Morgan is seeking $400 million of debt financing.
CNBC's David Faber said Eisner's production company hopes to make 2 - 3 TV shows and 4 - 5 films per year.
