Reachlocal, Inc. (NASDAQ: RLOC) reported Q1 EPS of $0.07, $0.13 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.06). Revenue for the quarter came in at $104 million versus the consensus estimate of $102.83 million.

Sees Q2 2012 revenue of $108.7-$110.7 million, versus the consensus of $108.6 million.

Sees FY2012 revenue of $439-$454 million, versus the consensus of $441.4 million.
