DA Davidson reiterates a 'Buy' on Herbalife (NYSE: HLF) price target of $90.00.

Analyst, Timothy S. Ramey, said, "Herbalife shares are down hard, 20%, after a couple (basic) questions by noted short-seller David Einhorn of Greenlight Capital. The questions regarded the relationship between an independent customer and a distributor, and the benefit of the down-line business model in that situation. If anyone else had asked the question we would have wondered why time was being devoted to such basic inquiries."

"This was an excellent quarter from an excellent company with high ethics and strong accounting. We have no problem remaining bullish no matter who is asking the questions."
