Nomura Securities maintains a 'Neutral' on UPS (NYSE: UPS) price target of $80.00.
Analyst, Mark McVicar, said, "Q1 EPS of USD 1.0 was in line with our and Bloomberg consensus estimates. US domestic was very strong, with EBITA up some 13%, driven by volumes up 4.5%, yields up 1.5% and margins expanding by 70 bps, with e-commerce volumes featuring across a number of new and existing products and contributing positively. International was disappointing, with 5.4% export volume growth and flat pricing, with weakness in high yielding Asian volumes cited as the main negative, while pricing should recover fuel in Q2. Our 2012E/2013E EPS goes from $4.87/$5.43 to $4.80/$5.42."
