Barclays maintains an 'Equalweight' on Key Energy Services (NYSE: KEG) price target lowered from $19 to $18.

Analyst, James C. West, thinks KEG is well positioned for upward push in international exploration and production, however that positive is offset by near-term challenges in the U.S. basins, such as Haynesville and Marcellus. West cuts FY12 EPS estimate from $1.60 to $1.40 and FY13 form $2.20 to $2.05).

Also of note - Labor shortages hurt KEG's coiled tubing business, negatively impacting Q1. However, Barclays feels that recent steps have been made to slightly help improve Q2 results.
