Nomura Securities maintains a 'Neutral' on Starwood Hotels & Resorts (NYSE: HOT) price target of $60.00.

Analyst, Harry Curtis, said, "Like Marriott (NYSE: MAR) and Host (NYSE: HST), HOT raised its 2012 RevPAR range by 100bps to 6- 8% despite lagging European RevPAR (-2% in 1Q). Key points from conf call: 1) Supply growth should remain very low for three years: 2) CEO warming up to the cash flow of the timeshare business; 3) possibility of HOT selling some of its larger owned hotels. Our new estimates include $103M of Bal Barbour EBITDA this year (and $20M next year), to make them more comparable to Street. 2012E/2013E EPS from $2.19/$2.84 to $2.46/$2.76 vs. Street at $2.38/$2.71, respectively."
