Barclays upgraded Harley-Davidson (NYSE: HOG) from Equalweight to Overweight, price target from $45 to $62.

Analyst, Felicia R. Hendrix, said, "We have been warming up to Harley-Davidson over the past several quarters given the anticipated boost to operating efficiencies from the company's current restructuring program. That said, we have remained on the sidelines given a lack of confidence in the sustainability of recent retail sales growth..." However, Hendrix said channel checks are strong and several initiatives are taking hold.

FY12 EPS estimate raised from $2.69 to $2.89 and FY13 from $3.20 to $3.85.
