Deluxe Corp. (DLX) Tops Q1 EPS by 8c; Guides Q2, Boosts FY12 Outlook

Deluxe Corp. (NYSE: DLX) reported Q1 EPS of $0.88, $0.08 better than the analyst estimate of $0.80. Revenue for the quarter came in at $378 million versus the consensus estimate of $362.27 million.

Deluxe Corp. sees Q2 2012 EPS of $0.76-$0.81, versus the consensus of $0.78. Deluxe Corp. sees Q2 2012 revenue of $353-$362 million, versus the consensus of $356.2 million.

Deluxe Corp. sees FY2012 EPS of $3.20-$3.40, versus prior guidance of $3.10-$3.30 and the consensus of $3.21. Deluxe Corp. sees FY2012 revenue of $1.445-$1.475 billion, versus prior guidance of $1.420-$1.460 billion and the consensus of $1.45 billion.
