UBS maintains a 'Neutral' on RadioShack Corp. (NYSE: RSH) price target lowered from $6.25 to $5.50.

Analyst, Michael Lasser, said, "Instead of taking bigger actions like improving merch assortment and reinvesting in making stores more current, the company is making more subtle changes in hopes of achieving better results. We think RSH can’t take bolder steps because it has run out of margin that it could use to absorb a significant assortment change (op margin est. to be 2% in’12 vs. 8.3% in ’10). Its financial flexibility is limited with the company generating an estimated $52 mln in 2012, just above the $50 mm dividend payout."

UBS chops FY12 EPS estimate from $0.66 to $0.25 and FY13 from $0.71 to $0.30.
