W.W. Grainger, Inc. (NYSE: GWW) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.80 per share, or $3.2 annualized. This is a 21.2% increase from the prior dividend of $0.66.

The dividend will be payable on June 1, 2012, to stockholders of record on May 14, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of May 10, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.5 percent.
