Nomura Securities maintains a 'Neutral' on Juniper Networks (NYSE: JNPR) price target of $21.50.

Analyst, Stuart Jeffrey, said, "Juniper beat revenue and EPS expectations for Q1, albeit with gross margins and opex disappointing. Moreover, Q2 revenue guidance is just in line with expectations and EPS guidance is 3-5c below expectations. We expect seasonality to boost revenues through H2, with new products boosting Q4 and into 2013. However, we see a possible cut to business model targets in June at the company’s investor day. The stock is likely range-bound for the foreseeable future. Juniper is trading on 25x our 2012 and 18x our 2013 EPS estimates."

Nomura lowers FY12 EPS estimate from $0.91 to $0.86, FY13 from $1.37 to $1.24 and FY14 from $1.65 to $1.49.
