Barclays maintains an 'Equalweight' on Texas Instruments (NASDAQ: TXN) price target of $35.00.

Analyst, C.J. Muse, said, "TI reported a clean beat and raise, suggesting consensus estimates are moving higher, led by a trough in inventory depletion, particularly in auto, industrial, and comm infrastructure...We still see upside to $35, but more meaningful upside would require a bigger up-cycle to lift GMs."

Muse said that TI's management was hesitant to make suggestions regarding the recovery, but did guide to the high-end. Muse raises FY12 EPS from $1.80 to $1.85 and revs from $13.7 bln to $13.9 bln. For FY13, EPS maintained at $2.30)
