Liberty Property Trust (NYSE: LRY) reported Q1 FFO of $0.68, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.63. Revenue for the quarter came in at $169.94 million versus the consensus estimate of $172.56 million.

Liberty Property Trust sees FY2012 FFO of $2.50-$2.65, versus the consensus of $2.55.
