Rite Aid (NYSE: RAD) holder Jean Coutu filed an amended 13D with the U.S. SEC showing additional common share sales.
According to the filing, Coutu sold 44.8 million common on April 20th at an average price of $1.50 per share, for gross proceeds of $67.2 million.
Following the sale, Coutu continues to hold 178,401,162 common shares, or about 19.85 percent of Rite Aid.
