Nomura Securities reiterates a 'Buy' on Microsoft (NASDAQ: MSFT) price target of $37.00.

Analyst, Rick Sherlund, said, "Q3 (Mar) revenues were up 6% and above expectations. Windows revenues were up 4%, Office was up 9%, and Server and Tools up 14%. We are now two quarters away from the launch of several strategic and high-margin products. We are bullish on CY’13, anticipating a rich year of new products in Microsoft’s three most profitable divisions. We think the risk reward is favorable at 9.3x CY’12 earnings excluding $5.35 in net cash and 7.9x EV to Ufcf. The stock is trading at a 15% discount to the S&P in line with its 2-yr average discount and below its 5-yr average of a 7% discount. F12E EPS from $2.63 to $2.70; F13E is unchanged at $3.10."
