National Penn Bancshares (NPBC) Raises Quarterly Dividend 40% to $0.07; Yields 3.1%

National Penn Bancshares, Inc. (NASDAQ: NPBC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.07 per share, or $0.28 annualized. This is a 40% increase from the prior dividend of $0.05.

The dividend will be payable on May 17, 2012, to stockholders of record on May 5, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of May 2, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.1 percent.
