Oppenheimer maintains an 'Outperform' on VMware (NYSE: VMW) price target raised from $115 to $125.

Analyst, Shaul Eyal, said, "VMW continues to benefit from its customers moving along the virtualization journey by virtualizing mission critical apps (databases, ERP, e-mail and collaboration systems). We believe, the adoption of VMW's management, automation and desktop solutions are a positive in executing the company's "own the stack" strategy. Due to a hiring ramp (previously mentioned for the past several quarters) we continue to see margin compression although upside may be provided by additional revenue growth."

Raises FY12 EPS from $2.55 to $2.68, FY13 from $2.94 to $3.04.
