Baird reiterates a 'Outperform' on eBay (NASDAQ: EBAY) price target raised from $40 to $45.

Analyst, Colin Sebastian, said, "Positive thesis continues to play out. Consistent with our positive intra-quarter Marketplace tracker and field checks, eBay reported solid upside in both the Marketplace and PayPal. Marketplace GMV growth accelerated despite tougher year-over-year comps, as did Payment volumes. Profit margins were also better than expected. As such, Q1 is supportive of our positive thesis of eBay reaching an equilibrium point in market share, and driving more consistent growth."

Baird raises FY12 EPS estimate from $2.30 to $2.34 and FY13 from $2.65 to $2.71.
