Nomura Securities maintains a 'Neutral' on VMware (NYSE: VMW) price target raised from $100 to $120.

Analyst, Rick Sherlund, said, "Results came in a bit better than expected (bookings +20% and license revenue +15%), but decelerating license growth suggests server virtualization is entering a good, but slower gross phase. The deceleration in license growth is captured in management’s guidance for 2012, so revenue and EPS estimates may still track higher with some room for upside surprises, but slowing momentum may constrain further near-term share price appreciation. The stock is selling at 24x 2012 EV/uFCF...raise F12E/F13E EPS from $2.65/$3.10 to $2.78/$3/22, respectively."
