UBS maintains a 'Neutral' on First Solar (NASDAQ: FSLR) price target raised from $23 to $25.
Analyst, Stephen Chin, said, "Factory shutdown, headcount reductions lower cogs+opex by total $110M...We view these actions positively as we estimate its German factory produced modules at $0.73/watt (about 5-8% higher than Malaysia and the US)...Our new 2012E & 2013E EPS are $3.85 and $4.20 versus $3.75 and $4.00 previously."
