Calumet Specialty Products Partners (NASDAQ: CLMT) declared a quarterly distribution of $0.56 per share, or $2.24 annualized. This is a 5.7% increase from the prior distribution of $0.53.

The distribution will be payable on May 15, 2012, to stockholders of record on May 4, 2012, with an ex-distribution date of May 2, 2012.

The annual yield on the distribution is 8.7 percent.
