Wells Fargo upgraded Polaris Industries (NYSE: PII) from Market Perform to Outperform, price target range raised from $84-88 from $76-80.

Analyst, Timothy Conder, said, "We are NOT in the habit of frequently changing ratings, but the better-than-expected sustainability of revenue/earnings power despite strong comparisons and increased competition increases our confidence that PII can generate 15% EPS growth over the next 3 years and in turn deserves a modestly higher multiple. Raising our 2012/13E EPS to $4.08/$4.80 (prior $4.00/$4.52) primarily on higher revenue assumptions of +14.8%/13.0%."
