Brightpoint, Inc. (Nasdaq: CELL), reports that its subsidiary, Brightpoint North America L.P., has renewed its exclusive services agreement with PR Wireless, Inc. to provide distribution and logistic services to support Open Mobile resellers and end-user customers in Puerto Rico.
Under the terms of the multi-year renewal, BrightPoint Americas will continue to provide a variety of services for Open Mobile, including product procurement, vendor and supplier management, receiving, inventory and order management, flashing, kitting, packing, programming, order fulfillment, and distribution of wireless devices and related accessories.
