Nomura Securities maintains a 'Neutral' on TD Ameritrade (NASDAQ: AMTD) price target of $20.00.

Analyst, Keith Murray, said, "Solid asset gathering (11% organic growth rate), a sequential pick-up in trading, and NIM stabilization led to a 3% q/q increase in revenues. Expenses ex-advertising were held in check and AMTD posted a solid 31.5% pretax margin and 13% ROE. We think the share buyback of 775k was less than expected and the trading outlook remains sluggish (April DARTs -4.6% so far). We think the TD Ameritrade story remains pretty much the same, with pressure from low rates and sluggish trading activity largely offsetting the benefit of strong organic growth. As a result, earnings growth is likely to stay muted in the near term."
