Gas Natural (NYSE: EGAS) declared a monthly dividend of $0.045 per share, or $0.54 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on April 13, 2012, to stockholders of record on April 30, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of April 26, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.9 percent.
