Enterprise Products Partners L.P. (NYSE: EPD) declared a quarterly distribution of $0.6275 per share, or $2.51 annualized. This is a 1.2% increase from the prior dividend of $0.62.

The dividend will be payable on May 9, 2012, to stockholders of record on April 30, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of April 26, 2012.
