Nomura Securities maintains a 'Neutral' on Hyatt Hotels (NYSE: H) price target of $43.00.

Analyst, Harry C. Curtis, said, "We are reducing our outlook for fee revenue and margin growth for 2012 and 2013. Our revised estimates are in line with our outlooks for Marriott (NYSE: MAR) and Starwood (NYSE: HOT). We have reduced our margin growth outlook to +180bps this year, from our prior estimate of +225bps. Going into the 1Q12, we expected sector-wide margins to grow more rapidly, and for H to gain an additional 100bps from renovations...Although we continue to believe that H will benefit from renovations (+50bps this year), overall growth will be slower. In addition, we reduced our 2012 fee revenue growth to +7% from +10%." (FY12 EPS estimate cut from $1.06 to $0.72 and FY13 from $1.37 to $1.10)
