Brean Murray Carret & Co. initiates coverage on SunCoke Energy (NYSE: SXC) with a Hold. PT $15.

Analyst, Lucas Pipes, said, "While we have a favorable view of the domestic coke market, we believe that SXC's earnings growth and valuation upside is limited in the near term due to the capacity constraints at its domestic coke facilities. Because SXC is already running at full capacity at its domestic coke operations, the company is unable to grow coke volumes further in the near term, capping its ability to benefit from the favorable dynamics in domestic steel production, in our opinion."
