Targa Resources Partners (NYSE: NGLS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.6225 per share, or $2.49 annualized. This is a 2.9% increase from the prior dividend of $0.605.

The dividend will be payable on May 15, 2012, to stockholders of record on April 23, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of April 19, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 6.2 percent.
