DA Davidson's John Kraft upgraded shares of Deluxe Corp (NYSE: DLX) from Neutral to Buy Wednesday afternoon. The analyst maintained a $26 price target.
The analyst believes the stock has "drifted into attractive territory." Shares are down about 20 percent since a peak at the beginning of February. "As the shares diverged from market indices, we believe the company has been strengthening its fundamental market position."
With shares of Deluxe up 2.7 percent to $22.08 at last check, DA Davidson's price target represents potential upside of about 18 percent.
