Nomura Securities reiterates a 'Buy' on Royal Dutch Shell (NYSE: RDS-A), PT 2700p.

Analyst, Theepan Jothilingam, said, "We reiterate our Buy rating and highlight a number of reasons why we think investors should build positions. 1) Shell has underperformed the sector (SXEP) by 8% year-to-date and lagged the market (STOXX600) by c. 15%. 2) We believe that the company is well positioned to outperform its Big Oil peers in Europe and that it remains attractive in the context of large-cap global oils where we see relatively few other attractive stories or entry points. 3) Expect potential strong bounce back in Q1 numbers (26 April) after a disappointing Q4, as downstream profitability returns and a high relative exposure to LNG through the integrated gas business drives Upstream profitability. We believe that Shell is best placed of the European large caps to benefit from tighter LNG markets."
