Needham & Company maintains a 'Buy' on NVIDIA (NASDAQ: NVDA) price target of $20.00.

Analyst, Rajvindra S. Gill, said, "We see discrete GPU revenues rebounding in the C2Q driven by the introduction of NVDA’s new 28nm Kepler and a channel refill after the shortage of hard disk drives post-Thailand disaster. We have discrete GPU sales up 4% Q/Q in C2Q and increasing 14% Q/Q in 3Q and 6% in 4Q. We believe Tegra sales are on track to hit the $540MM mark for the year as we expect positive ramps at HTC and ZTE. We think the Windows (Nasdaq: MSFT) on ARM is more of a 2013 opportunity, and assert NVDA is in a pole position to gain share in that segment."

"We have lowered our C2Q estimates to $949MM/$0.18 (vs. $949MM/$0.19) and
CY12 estimates to $4.1BN/$0.90. Our CY13 estimates of $4.45BN/$1.15 remain unchanged."
