Nomura Securities maintains a 'Buy' on Microsoft (NASDAQ: MSFT) price target of $37.00.

Analyst, Rick Sherlund, said, "We are now two quarters away from the launch of several strategic and high-margin products, starting with Windows 8 in October. We are bullish on CY’13, anticipating a rich year of new products in Microsoft’s three most profitable divisions. We have modeled EPS of $0.55, below the Street at $0.58. Our earnings number represents a decline of 2% y/y if we back out the effect of a one-time tax gain of $461mn in the prior year period, and we are not positive on PC demand until the launch of Windows 8. We think the risk reward is favorable at 9.9x CY’12 earnings excluding $4.50 in net cash (tax effected for repatriation) and 8.8x EV to uFCF."
