Deutsche Bank reaffirms a 'Buy' on Wynn Resorts (NASDAQ: WYNN) price target raised from $148 to $165.

Deutsche analyst said, "Our 1Q12 EBITDA forecast goes to $367 mm from $380 mm on; 1) below theoretical VIP hold in Macau, 2) slightly lower than previously estimated room rate and gaming volume growth assumptions for Las Vegas, and 3) modestly higher corporate expense related to increased legal fees in the period. Our property level forecast for Macau goes to $293 mm from $299 mm."

However, analyst, Carlo Santarelli, raises FY12/13 EPS estimate from $5.49/6.16 to $6.17/7.32. Santarelli said WYNN is a solid/safe way to play the ongoing Macau growth story and Las Vegas recovery.
