Youku Inc. (NYSE: YOKU), has received an Internet Publication License from China's General Administration of Press and Publication (GAPP) on March 28. The license covers publication of any audio-visual content that is officially authorized for distribution in China, and the license authorizes Youku to offer such content over both online and mobile networks.
