Baird Boosts Price Target on Liquidity Services (LQDT) to $50

Baird lifted its price target on Outperform-rated Liquidity Services (NASDAQ: LQDT) from $43 to $50 following the latest website data which suggest further upside.

Based on the firm's latest analysis of LSI website data, they expect more upside in F2Q GMV (merchandise volume) than they indicated last month. Specifically, they now expect GMV to exceed $200 million versus their original estimate of $172 million based on a strong performance in Commercial (retail) liquidations.

The firm raised Q2 GMV, revenue and EPS estimates to $210 million, $123 million, and $0.34, respectively, up from $179 million, $106 million and $0.30.
