Goldman Sachs resumes coverage on Sysco (NYSE: SYY) with a Sell rating and $27 price target, suggesting 9% downside.

The firm said they see more compelling investment opportunities elsewhere in the Restaurants sector. While the company is best-in-class in Food Service, the industry has slowed. This has heightened competition and moved industry participants towards some lower margin customers to continue to generate growth, they note.
