Cisco (Nasdaq: CSCO) shares dropped following comments from CEO John Chambers at a Wells Fargo event Tuesday.
Chambers said government spending will "get tougher" moving forward. Chambers noted other industry execs are not "overly optimistic" about this year.
Shares are off about 1 percent to $20.91 at last check.
