3D Systems Corp. (NYSE: DDD) will replace Taleo Corp. (NASDAQ: TLEO) in the S&P SmallCap 600 index after the close of trading on Thursday, April 5. S&P 100 & 500 constituent Oracle Corp. (NASDAQ: ORCL) is acquiring Taleo in a deal expected to be completed on or about that date, pending final approvals.
