Deutsche Bank initiates coverage on Bridgepoint Education (NYSE: BPI) with a Hold. PT $25.00.

Analyst, Paul Ginocchio, said, "Despite BPI’s low relative valuation and significant cash ($8/share) on the balance sheet, we are initiating with a Hold rating. We believe that BPI’s high exposure to purchased leads makes its new enrollment stream more risky, and that BPI’s historically lower tuition price differentiation is being eroded by the growth of lower cost competitors. We think these risks offset the low relative valuation, thus our Hold rating."
