American Realty Capital Trust, Inc. (Nasdaq: ARCT) has voluntarily withdrawn its Registration Statement on Form S-11 (Registration No. 333-179533) that was filed on February 15, 2012 with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission to register additional shares of its common stock in a secondary offering under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended.
The Registration Statement has not been declared effective by the SEC, and no securities have been sold in connection with the offering pursuant to the Registration Statement.
