Janney Montgomery Scott reiterates a 'Buy' on New York & Co (NYSE: NWY) price target of $5.00.
Analyst, Adrienne Tennant, said, "Following our meetings, we reiterate our belief that management is in the midst of turning the business and that 2012 should see progress on the product, comp, and margin improvement fronts. Year-to-date, product has resonated with the core customer, in part due to favorable early spring weather and new color and fashion trends. We continue to witness improving traffic, as we continue to believe NWY has some of the most compelling spring merchandise for their target market, with sharp price points and on-trend colors and styles."
